Eligibility
To receive the 3% contribution from Upromise Cruises provided by CTG, Upromise members must book and complete a cruise by calling CTG at 800-429-5092.
You must provide your 10-digit Upromise account number to the Cruise Consultant at the time of booking.

How is my 3% contribution calculated?
The 3 percent is based on the base price of the cruise. For example, a $700 base price cruise of $700 x 3%=$21.00. Taxes, port charges, airfare, shore excursions, and gratuities are not eligible for the 3 percent contribution.
Who is CTG?
CTG is a large national travel agency that Upromise has contracted with to offer college savings on cruise vacations booked by Upromise Members. CTG has a team of Cruise Consultants dedicated to serving Upromise Members. CTG manages all aspects of the travel booking process for Upromise Members.
When will college contributions be credited to my account?
Your contribution will be deposited into your Upromise account within approximately 6-8 weeks after you have completed your cruise.
Are the cruises competitively priced?
Upromise members will receive discounted price benefits resulting from CTG's buying volume and national affiliations. These discounts are in addition to your college savings.

When and how do I pay for the cruise?
Each cruise line establishes its own payment requirements. Your Cruise Consultant will inform you of the specific payment requirements for your selected cruise. Typically, a deposit is required within three days of booking. Full payment is due at least 70 days prior to departure. For holiday travel, full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Credit cards accepted for payment are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

When will I receive my cruise documents?
Cruise documents will be sent by mail to the address provided at booking approximately three weeks prior to departure date. If the departure date is within three weeks of the booking date, CTG will send the cruise documents via an expedited shipping vendor.
Can cruise documents be mailed out of country, to a P.O. box etc?
Yes, although no overnight delivery is available via P.O. Box.
If I have to cancel my cruise will I receive a refund?
Please inquire about cancellation policies prior to reserving your cruise, as cancellation policies may vary according to your individual cruise package. Refunds on cancelled cruises may depend upon how many days advance notice is given at time of cancellation.
Can I buy travel insurance to protect me in case I need to cancel my cruise?
Yes. Your Cruise Consultant will provide you with information on insurance options. However, your college savings contributions will only be based on the base price of your actual cruise.
What citizenship documentation will I need to take with me?
Documentation requirements will depend upon the cruise itinerary and your citizenship. Your Cruise Consultant will advise you of the necessary documentation

Upromise members will receive excellent service from experienced and qualified Cruise Consultants. CTG's best discount price will always be offered for all cruises
